Ahsan Mashkoor, CEO and Co-Founder of C Square Consulting brings with him an experience of 11 years. Ahsan’s dedication and commitment is backed by strong analytical skills, great knowledge of customer base and diverse experience in finance and telecom industries. Based on his experience and expert knowledge & supervision C Square a solutions integrator company, has gained local and international recognition. Ahsan, a sales and marketing expert by profession, began his career as a Marketing Manager for Teradata London. When he moved to Pakistan he took over their Sales Portfolio for the financial and telecom sectors, earning him the Sales Find of the Year as well as membership to the Convention Points Club. He then continued his professional journey with Genesys Telecommunications as Country Manager, responsible for business development in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and other emerging markets in the region. He played a valuable role in growing the company in these developing markets.
Ahsan’s commitment to providing exceptional customer solutions, led him to start his own IT company. This was the inception of a challenging and highly rewarding journey of C Square. In a short span of time C Square Consulting has successfully gained global recognition through Arabia 500 Fast Growth Companies and Pakistan 100 Fast Growth Companies awards for 2 years in a row, and is also one of the only two companies in the GCC region to be awarded Genesys Gold Partner Status.
Ahsan received his Bachelor’s degree from Queen Mary University London, in Business Management and further completed his masters from IBA, Karachi. He recently completed the 17th National Security Workshop 2015 from National Defence University, Islamabad. Ahsan believes in giving back to the society and runs a Not for Profit organization – SEED Pakistan. SEED aims to empower the Pakistani youth through education and vocational training.
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Hassan Shaikh, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of C Square Consulting is a passionate technologist with diverse industry experience in transforming traditional Customer Interaction to Intelligent Customer Experience platforms. Hassan’s innovative solutions and technical expertise is the main driving force in the success & expansion of C Square Consulting in Pakistan and Middle East & Africa. Hassan brings with him an experience of 12 years with renowned organizations such as Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Microsoft and Siebel solutions.
He started his career by working as a Pakistan Professional Services Consultant at NCR, followed by his role as the Call Center Lead & Business Architect with Teradata. Hassan then moved to Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories as the Senior Pre-Sales Consultant. Hassan leads a competent team of professionals at C Square and contributed significantly to the Company’s success.
Hassan earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University, followed by Masters in Business Administration from SZABIST. He has earned many achievements during his professional career and his well known in the industry for his CX Initiatives. In addition to his exceptional technical leadership at C Square, Hassan actively delivers trainings and consults with contact centers for improvements in their technology and architectural design.
Manager Finance & Admin
Zaki Reza brings with him experience of more than 17 years in Finance & Admin. Working with some of the world’s leading brands, including GAC, Teradata and 3M enriches his vision through wide exposure.
Currently heading the Finance & Admin department at CSquare, he ensures reliable data and information remain available to the management for best realization of CSquare’ vison.
Head Of Pre Sales
With an overall 15year IT Industry experience and more than 10 years of focused Contact Center Industry experience Tausif has had an opportunity to work with some leading Industry brands like Genesys Telecommunications, Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft and Sugar CRM.
Starting from support then progressing to implementations and Project Management, Tausif heads currently heads Solution Design and Pre-Sales in his current position.
Currently he is Managing Call Center Projects and also involved in expanding Services Portfolio under C Square Umbrella. Tausif is also Managing the Organizational expansion into Cloud Contact Center offerings.
Manager Professional Services
Qaseem has over 10 years of Application Design and Development experience on diversified platforms, he has immense experience of CRM customization, integration & implementation locally and abroad. In past he has been associated with different multinationals include Avanza Solutions, Sidat Hyder and Standard Chartered (Ex Union Bank).
Being focused on Contact Center Industry he has experience of customization on leading platforms like Genesys, Avaya, Huawei & Cisco.
He is a thought leader, innovator and passionate for bringing new ideas & products. He has been with C Square for last five years in which he has successfully completed multiple projects and added CRM, Kiosk, Wallboard, Call Recorder and Video ATM to C Square product portfolio.
Qaseem is heading Software Development department in his current position, currently he is working on NPD which includes Kiosk Solutions, Call Recorder & Video IVR. He is also working on solution design and presales.
Hayat Soomro joined C Square Consulting in 2015 as Project Manager. His core responsibility is to deliver the Projects for our customers and to support them later. Hayat is a Genesys Certified Professional Consultant. He gained this within ten months of joining C Square Consulting.
During Hayat’s existing C Square journey, he deployed Pakistan’s first ever cloud based Contact Centre & CRM solution in Soneri Bank, On Premises Contact Centre & CRM solution in MCB Islamic Bank and also support in all areas for our various clients.
Hayat achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Hons.) from Isra University, Hyderabad, 2005.
Hayat’s overall eight years of banking and project management experience working with different products of ADC (Alternate Distribution Channels) which includes Call Centre, IVR, CRM, Internet Banking, ATM’s, POS and the area in Core Banking.
In 2005, Hayat started his career in the banking industry with Meezan Bank, Customer Services. In 2007, Hayat joined Dubai Islamic Bank where he served in their Service & Quality department for six years. During that time, he went from their Call Centre to their Quality Assurance Unit. His computer skills professionalism enabled him to transfer to Projects Control and MIS unit within Service & Quality, Dubai Islamic Bank. In a short span of time, Hayat moved to Dubai Islamic Information Technology as a Business Analyst.
