Umer Anfas

Having an experience of over 10 years in the field of telecom operations Umer is Head of Customer Care at C Sqaure.He has been associated with leading telecom firms in Pakistan like Mobilink, Wateen and Telecard.

During his stay in Mobilink he founded the Operations field team for the deployment and support of Wimax.Also trained the call center for level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting for wimax internet customers.

Followed by which he joint Telecard where he was leading the ESG-FEET team responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the solution provided by Telecard including Call Centers, CRM, Recording solutions, Complex call routing solutions etc. Few are the names of the client whom he was working with during his time in Telecard.

Umer has done his Bachelors in Electronic Engineering from Sir Syed University followed by MBA in Marketing and Management from Muhammed Ali Jinnah University bringing his extensive experience through customers such as K- Electric, Daraz.pk, Samba Bank, Tcs , Neumultiplex Cinema to name a few.
