Syed Tausif

With an overall 15year IT Industry experience and more than 10 years of focused Contact Center Industry experience Tausif has had an opportunity to work with some leading Industry brands like Genesys Telecommunications, Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft and Sugar CRM.

Starting from support then progressing to implementations and Project Management, Tausif heads currently heads Solution Design and Pre-Sales in his current position.

Currently he is Managing Call Center Projects and also involved in expanding Services Portfolio under C Square Umbrella. Tausif is also managing the Organizational expansion into Cloud Contact Center offerings.

Tausif has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Science Chemistry , followed by Masters in Science Management Information Systems from Kean University, he brings is his vast and diverse knowledge being one of the key employees of C Square joined in year 2011.
