Hayat Soomro

Hayat Soomro Joined C Square in 2015 as Project Manager is currently Head of Project Managament Office.His core responsibility is to deliver the Projects for our customers and to support them later.

During his existing C Square journey, he managed to deploy Pakistan’s first ever cloud based Contact Center & CRM solution in Soneri Bank, on premise Contact Center & CRM solution in MCB Islamic and also support area of our various clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Hons.) from Isra University, Hyderabad, 2005. He started his career from banking industry with Meezan Bank, Customer Services in 2005 and later in 2007, he joined Dubai Islamic Bank where he served in Service & Quality department for six years from Call Center to Quality Assurance Unit. His computer skills and professionalism made him transfer to Projects Control and MIS unit within Service & Quality, Dubai Islamic Bank. In a very short span of time he moved to Dubai Islamic Information Technology as a Business Analyst.

He has an overall eight plus years of banking and project management experience working with different products of ADC (Alternate Distribution Channels) which includes Call Center, IVR, CRM, Internet Banking, ATM’s, POS and the area in Core Banking.

Hayat is a Genesys Certified Professional Consultant, which he gained successfully within the time span of ten months right after he Joined C Square Consulting.
