Recently, C Square Consulting, a Pakistani-based consultancy, was one of the only two companies from Middle East region who were awarded the Gold Partner Award at the G-Summit Middle East 2015. The event, held at Armani Hotel in Dubai, was hosted by Genesys, world’s leading Contact Center software company.
The G-Summit was titled ‘The Ultimate Customer Journey’ and brought together more than 250 customers, partners and prospects from across Middle East to share experiences and best practices on customer experience management. Customer presentations, panel discussions, and highlighting partner successes were key activities of the G-Summit.
After winning Genesys Best Services Partner award in 2014, this year’s award for Gold Partner draws attention to CSQUARE’s continued commitment to delivering excellence in the field. This was further highlighted at the event by one of CSQUARE’S customers, JS Bank, who presented the audience with an account of the journey of innovation they have completed with Genesys & CSQUARE.
